Location is key for this wonderful three star hotel both in terms of idyllic location and convenience. Enjoy wonderful views of the nearby lake from the hotel and weather permitting ski to and from the hotel… a nice added benefit!
This family-owned and managed hotel is situated out of the main hustle and bustle, yet near to the centre. A few minutes walk will take you to the centre, therefore making it the ideal location for guests who like to be close to the action but not in the centre of that action.
The hotel has 30 rooms. Rooms are small and appealing and all come with shower, radio, safe, hair dryer, telephone, cable TV and a cosy reading corner if you get time to open that book! Rooms are furnished in traditional Tyrolean style. Enjoy a wonderful view from your hotel room balcony straight over the surrounding mountain landscape.
There is a lounge with a fireplace and a dining room, as well as an à la carte restaurant, a café and a bar. This property is offered on a half board basis with breakfast and evening meal. Evening meals comprise of international, Austrian, regional and vegetarian meals. Gluten free meals can be provided on request. If you have time for a little rest and relaxation, guests can relax in the Seehof's spa area, which features a sauna, steam bath and adventure showers.

Important Information
- • A local tourist tax of approx. €2 per person per day is payable locally.
- • A refundable deposit of EUR3 per lift pass must be paid locally.
- • Ski Packs may cost more in resort than if pre-booked.
- • Where your chosen room is under occupied, the accommodation provider may substitute a room of equivalent standard and suitable capacity.
- • Most hotel room configurations use "Austrian Twins" (a double bed base, single mattresses with separate bedding)

Lynsey Mackay
My name is Lynsey and I have huge passion for both winter and summer sports, having worked for Topflight for over 10 years in Austria, France, Andorra and Italy. As an avid skier and snowboarder, you'll find me making the most of slopes during the winter months and in the summer I swap my skis for sandals to enjoy all that Lake Garda has to offer. I couldn’t possibly choose which season I prefer, I’ve skied since I was 5 years old and I can never get enough but there’s also something really magical about the spending the summer on Lake Garda.
Sue Katuszonek
Hi, my name is Sue and I am originally from Yorkshire. Austria is now my home and I have had the great privilege of living in the mountains for the last 16 years. I have worked for Topflight in most of their resorts and this winter I will be working as Admin support for our fantastic Austrian team and will be on duty on Saturdays at Salzburg airport. During the summer I am the Austria Resort Manager for all Topflight tours and resorts and will be based in St Johann. I wish you all a fantastic holiday and look forward to welcoming you.
