An eco-responsible 4-star residence with a heated indoor pool, spa and ski shop on the doorstep – ski across the border into Italy by day and unwind in style by night, in one of the Alps' sunniest, snow-sure resorts.
Set at 836 Route du Golf in La Rosière, high in the Tarentaise Valley of Savoie, the Odalys Residence L'Écrin Blanc is a genuine haven of peace. La Rosière is a resort on a human scale, famous for its exceptional snowfall, sweeping sunshine and warm, family-friendly atmosphere – and, thanks to the cross-border Espace San Bernardo ski area, you can click into your skis here and glide all the way over to La Thuile in Italy for a long lunch before heading home.
The skiing suits everyone. The Espace San Bernardo serves up 79 slopes across 160km of pistes – 8 green, 25 blue, 31 red and 13 black – linked by 40 lifts, plus a snow park and snow cross for freestylers. When you're not on the mountain there's snowshoeing, snow kiting, paragliding, via ferrata and more nearby, while the Vanoise National Park and typical Savoyard villages are perfect for gentler days.
The residence itself is a real treat. Designed as a stylish, eco-responsible retreat, it blends contemporary interior design with authentic mountain character and a genuinely upmarket line-up of facilities: a heated indoor pool, a fitness room and a well-being area (extra charge) with sauna, hammam and sensory showers. There's an on-site restaurant and bar with breakfast service (extra charge), a seasonal kids' club to keep little ones happy, and – best of all for skiers – a ski shop right on the ground floor, so you're on the snow in no time.
This property is offered on a Self-Catering basis. Breakfast is available at a supplement.

The Odalys Residence L'Écrin Blanc sits at 836 Route du Golf in La Rosière, a sunny, family-friendly resort perched high in the Tarentaise Valley of Savoie. It's a wonderfully convenient base: you're close to the slopes and lifts of the cross-border Espace San Bernardo, with a ski shop right on the ground floor of the residence, plus shops, restaurants and the resort's amenities within easy reach.
Hi, I'm Gabrielle. I'm very excited to be working another winter season and look forward to welcoming you to the French Alps. I love being active and having access to nature and the outdoors. In my free time at home in Dublin, you'll probably find me on a yoga mat, the tennis court or a hiking trail somewhere. I am passionate about skiing and the mountains, working or enjoying the mountain life in resorts in the Austrian and French alps, as well as the Pyrenees and Nepalese Himalayas over the years. My background in the events industry means I am accustomed to delivering a high level of customer service and look forward to assisting with any and all queries to ensure you have a fantastic holiday both on and off the slopes.
Hi and welcome to France! My name is Louise or ‘Lou’. I’m from Australia, which you’ll probably hear from my accent and we don’t have any big mountains in Australia and not a lot of snow, so I am lucky enough to spend time in the French Alps during the Winter. I absolutely love skiing and being outside enjoying the beauty of the mountains. This will be my 6th season for Topflight and Directski, working in both Austria and France. I look forward to welcoming you and I’m here to answer all of your questions and help you to enjoy every bit of your holiday.
