We know how important snow is for a perfect ski holiday, so our expert team has handpicked only the best resorts with great snow records! With years of experience behind us, we choose resorts where you’ll have the best chance at fantastic conditions.
But if the snow doesn’t show up, don’t worry – our Snow-Sure Promise has you covered.
How does it work?
The Topflight Snow-Sure Promise has you covered for all our ski holidays, regardless of when you book or travel. We stay closely tuned to official updates about ski area conditions, so you can focus on the fun stuff. This promise is all about ensuring great snow conditions, but please do note it doesn’t cover other weather related issues or lift closures.
Before You Travel
If fewer than 10% of the ski runs are open three days before your trip, we’ll give you, where availability allows, some flexible options:
Making Changes
If you’d like to make changes to your booking, we’ll update the cost based on the current prices when you make the change.
Don’t worry—any special offers on extras like lift passes will still be based on the deals available when you first booked. We’ll transfer any payments you’ve already made to your new booking and if your new holiday costs less, we’ll refund the difference. If it’s a bit more, we’ll just ask you to cover the extra.
While You’re on Holiday
If fewer than 10% of the runs are open at your resort due to lack of snow, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! Where possible, we’ll arrange free transport to and from a nearby resort with open runs for any days affected, so you can still make the most of your lift pass.
And if you’ve booked ski lessons or lift passes with us, we’ll make sure to arrange a replacement or refund for any parts you can’t use if your resort happens to be closed.
Your Topflight resort manager will be there to keep you updated and help with anything you need, so you can relax and enjoy your time on the slopes!
