With its fabulous rooftop outdoor pool, complete with amazing panoramic views of the beautiful Sirmione and Lake Garda, the Hotel Alfieri is hard to beat.
Days can be spent whiling away the hours on the poolside sun loungers, taking in the sun-soaked views and feeling totally and utterly chilled out. When the sun has worked its relaxing magic, enjoy a quick dip in the pool or treat yourself to a cold refreshing drink from the poolside bar. Food is served here from midday up until 6:30pm, so you need never leave from one end of the day to the other and with these views, you won’t want to.
What’s more is that with a beautiful garden of roses and mediterranean greenery, it's easy to find a beautiful and secluded spot on the grounds to pause and enjoy the sunshine and the surrounds of the hotel.
Guests can take some time to explore the beauty of the area too. It is just a very pleasant walk along the lake’s shore to get to the historic centre of Sirmione, around 3km away. Guests can also venture out to enjoy a day among the staggering beauty that the lake provides. If you want to explore the area a little further why not rent a bicycle straight from the hotel. This is a brilliant way to view the beauty of Lake Garda.

Location
This hotel is located at the base of the Sirmione peninsula, just 3km from the historic centre. There is a beautifully scenic pedestrian and bicycle path, that runs along the lake shore and leads from the hotel to the historic centre. If you prefer, there is a shuttle bus that leaves every 15 minutes, just 200 metres away from the hotel, which brings you to the center (payable locally).
The Gardaland leisure park is 10 km away.

Born and raised in the area of Franciacorta, I grew up surrounded by the glorious landscapes and vineyards, for which the area is well-known. Other than harvesting grapes for the production of my family’s own wine, some of my fondest childhood memories come from spending time at Lake Garda. Whether it’s cycling, climbing or windsurfing, I just can’t get enough of the activities around Lake Garda. At the end of the day, you’ll always find me in a lakeside café, admiring the views and sipping an Aperol Spritz in the sunshine. That to me, is paradise.
