Peace and tranquility await you in Plagne 1800, the pretty ski in ski out village, set amidst Alpine forest and peppered with chocolate box chalets. Views from Plagne 1800 don't disappoint and you canexpect breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding mountains, while you sip a hot chocolate or indulge in a crepe in one of the village's quaint cafés.
The majority of accommodation in Plagne 1800 is catered chalets, and Topflight has a huge selection of them, each boasting great locations close to the resort centre and slopes. If you're more into a self catering style holiday, you can book one of our spacious and comfortable apartments, also boasting great locations.
There are several bars in Plagne 1800, each offering entertaining evenings of aprés-ski. Topflight recommends visiting La Mine, a bustling bar where skiers gather for some post slope chats and some fantastic live music. For those looking to continue the fun that bit longer, you can hop on the free shuttle bus that goes to the centre of Plagne until midnight.
Looking for an alternative adrenaline buzz? Then a visit to the Olympic Bobsleigh and Luge Piste is a must. Not for the faint-hearted, the 19-bend track will see you hitting some serious speeds, and, if needed, you can opt for the comfort and company of a professional bob sleigh pilot to take you down the serpentine run!

In my free time at home in Dublin, you'll probably find me on a yoga mat, the tennis court or a hiking trail somewhere. I am passionate about skiing and the mountains, working or enjoying the mountain life in resorts in the Austrian and French alps, as well as the Pyrenees and Nepalese Himalayas over the years. My background in the events industry means I am accustomed to delivering a high level of customer service and look forward to assisting with any and all queries to ensure you have a fantastic holiday both on and off the slopes.

Hi and welcome to France! My name is Louise or ‘Lou’. I’m from Australia, which you’ll probably hear from my accent and we don’t have any big mountains in Australia and not a lot of snow, so I am lucky enough to spend time in the French Alps during the Winter. I absolutely love skiing and being outside enjoying the beauty of the mountains. This will be my 6th season for Topflight and Directski, working in both Austria and France.
