Stella Montis gives you front-row access to the Dolomiti Superski giant – ski the Sellaronda by day, then retreat to a quiet, sunlit hillside hotel built for unwinding.
Hotel Stella Montis is a welcoming 4-star set in a sunny, elevated position above Campitello di Fassa, with sweeping Dolomite views and a calm, grown-up atmosphere. It feels tucked away enough to be peaceful, yet close enough to the village that you can stroll down for a coffee, a wander or a bit of après-ski. Rooms are bright, comfortable and traditionally alpine in style, many with balconies overlooking the valley, giving you a proper mountain wake-up every morning.
The wellness facilities are a real highlight. After skiing you can unwind in the indoor pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation areas, or simply sit out on the panoramic terrace and watch the light fade over the peaks. The restaurant serves generous breakfasts and good evening meals with Italian and local dishes, while the bar and lounge offer a cosy end-of-day spot for a drink before turning in.
Stella Montis is around 800 metres from the Campitello cable car, which links directly to Col Rodella – one of the main gateways to the Sellaronda and the wider Dolomiti Superski area. From here you can spend your days carving long, scenic runs across multiple valleys, choosing a different direction each morning. When you return, you’ve got the quiet hillside location, warm hospitality and inviting spa waiting to ease you into the evening. It’s a great choice for skiers who want big-area access balanced with a relaxing, comfortable base.
This property is offered on a Half Board basis. Dinner is 4 course. Buffet breakfast is included.

Hotel Stella Montis sits in a sunny, elevated position in the heart of Campitello di Fassa, a short stroll from the village centre (around 300-500 m) and approximately 800 m from the cable-car that leads toward the Col Rodella ski lifts. From here you can access the slopes of the valley and enjoy scenic runs above Val di Fassa, returning each afternoon to the hotel’s panoramic terrace, spa and peaceful setting.
